Your DNA, decoded privately.

DNA2C turns your 23andMe raw data into AI-powered genomic insight. Chat with specialist AI agents about your own genotype — every answer cited from SNPedia, PubMed & ClinVar.

Local-first. Your genome never leaves your machine.

// 02_WHAT_IS_DNA2C

Conversational genomics, grounded in science.

Consumer DNA tests hand you a raw file and a few canned reports. DNA2C, built by YambaCode AB, lets you actually talk to your genome. Upload the 23andMe raw export you already own and ask real questions — about traits, pharmacogenomics, or a specific SNP — to specialist AI agents that reason over your genotype and cite the underlying literature.

Because it runs local-first, the most sensitive data you own stays with you: process on a local model stack, or bring your own cloud API key. Either way, your raw genome is not uploaded to us.

// 03_CAPABILITIES

Private by design

Local-first architecture — your genome is processed on your machine, never shipped to a server you don't control.

Specialist AI agents

Ask about traits, drug response, or a single variant. Agents reason over your actual genotype instead of generic averages.

Cited, not invented

Answers link back to SNPedia, PubMed and ClinVar, so every claim is traceable to the science behind it.

Bring your own model

Run a local inference stack for full privacy, or plug in your own cloud API key when you want more horsepower.

// 04_FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is DNA2C?
DNA2C is a local-first, privacy-first application by YambaCode AB that turns your 23andMe raw DNA data into AI-powered genomic insights. You chat with specialist AI agents about your own genotype, with answers cited from SNPedia, PubMed and ClinVar.
Does my genome leave my computer?
No. DNA2C is designed local-first: your raw genome is processed on your own machine. You can run inference on a local model stack, or bring your own cloud API key — your genotype file itself stays private.
What DNA files does DNA2C support?
DNA2C reads consumer raw-DNA exports such as the 23andMe raw data TSV. You upload the file you already own — no re-sequencing required.
Are the insights scientifically grounded?
Yes. Answers are grounded in and cite established genomics sources — SNPedia, PubMed and ClinVar — so every claim links back to the underlying literature instead of unsourced speculation.
